These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase from burntheburger.com (the "Site"), operated by Rustam Faizullin, doing business as BurnTheBurger ("we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship based in California, USA. By using the Site or purchasing our product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from the Site.

2. The Product

We sell a single digital product: "The Fast Food Fat Loss System" ("the Book"), delivered as a PDF file. Upon successful payment, your copy is generated with a personal watermark (your name and phone number embedded on each page) for the purpose of preventing unauthorized redistribution.

3. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Book for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or post the Book, in whole or in part, on any other website, marketplace, or file-sharing service. Because each copy is personally watermarked, any unauthorized copy found in circulation may be traced back to the original purchaser.

4. Pricing, Promo Codes & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, discounts, and promo codes may change or expire at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Delivery

Your personalized copy is generated and made available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed, and a copy is also emailed to the address you provided at checkout.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The Book contains general educational and informational content about diet, nutrition, and fitness. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness guidance. Individual results vary. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. We make no guarantee of specific results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the Book — text, images, design, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described in Section 3.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Site and the Book are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the Book. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
